How much is shipping?
Free shipping from 60€, below
4,99€
How can I send something back?
Should you not be satisfied with
our products and want to send them back for free, send an e-mail to
info@plantme-store.de with your order number, starting with AA-.
We will take care of the free shipping back via DHL. DHL will send you a
shipping label via e-mail and further information.
You can either print out the label at the DHL dropoff, or at home. Take the
parcel to the next DHL packaging station or in a DHL Parcel Shop.
Shipping outside of Germany
We ship to all countries in the
EU. Above an order value of 160€ shipping will be free, below that we charge a
shipping fee of 14,99€.
Shipping to EU-countries usually
takes 3-6 days depending on the country.
Shipping to Switzerland will be
available in the beginning of 2025.

Which mosspole size matches myplant?
The perfectly sized mosspole
depends on the final height, the weight of your plant and the stem diameter. We
recommend the following final heights for our mosspoles:
Mosspole Mini: 60cm
Mosspole Midi: 70cm
Mosspole Maxi: 1.4m
Mosspole XL: 2m
Plants with a smaller stem
diameter, eg. a syngonium, can be used with higher constructions.
This also works the other way
around: Really heavy plants should not be used with a mosspole that is too
small.
